The ideal candidate will bring deep financial expertise, strong leadership, and preferably a medical industry background to support our mission of delivering excellence in healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across all subsidiaries
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and financial reporting requirements
- Lead strategic financial initiatives to support growth and profitability
- Manage investor relations, audits, and risk management
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial strategy with business goals
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as CFO or senior financial executive
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and corporate finance
- Background in the medical or pharmaceutical sector is highly preferred
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus
- Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills
