Compensation & Benefits Manager

 Edara Property Management, a SODIC Company, is hiring a “Compensation & Benefits Manager”

📍 Location: New Cairo – Fifth Settlement
🏢 Industry: Facility Management – Compounds Operations
We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead and manage payroll, rewards, and benefits for a large and diverse workforce across our residential and commercial compounds.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Egyptian labor laws and tax regulations.
-Maintain and update payroll records, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.
Oversee compensation and benefits policies to ensure competitiveness in the market.
-Coordinate with HR for employee data updates (new hires, terminations, promotions, leaves).
Administer and enhance employee benefits programs (medical insurance, allowances, incentives, etc.).
-Prepare and submit statutory payroll reports and tax filings.
-Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
-Reconcile payroll accounts and coordinate with the Finance team for monthly closings.
-Develop and implement payroll and benefits procedures for efficiency and compliance.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll (preferably in facility management, construction, or large-scale operations).
-Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and payroll tax regulations.
-Car Owner.
-Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel.
