#Alexandria, Egypt – Full-Time | On-Site.

Qualification:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Organizational Development or related HR functions.

· Demonstrated experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Performance Management, and Leadership Development.

· Proven ability to create and implement HR/OD policies and frameworks.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Leadership capability with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a strong plus.

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the Organizational Development (OD) function, designing and executing initiatives to drive performance and employee development.

·Oversee OD-related policies, processes, and best practices across the organization.

· Utilize the Mina Me system for performance management and talent development.

· Partner with senior leadership to ensure OD strategies align with company goals.

· Build and mentor the OD team to ensure high-impact and sustainable outcomes.

· Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of OD programs and initiatives.

· Drive cultural transformation and support change management across all levels.
