CSCEC International Construction Egypt is expanding its team seeking qualified applicants for the following position:

* HR Generalist

Job Purpose:

Plan, coordinate, and implement HR projects (e.g., digitalization of HR processes, employee engagement programs, policy updates).

Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects.

Prepare project reports and present progress to management.

Oversee HR operations at project sites.

Monitor site HR staff performance and workflow to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Prepare and submit payroll data to the finance department.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role

* Ability to work independently and meet deadline

* Excellent communication skill
