Reporting to the HR Director, we are seeking a highly experienced HR Business Partner with strong expertise in factories and industrial operations. The role requires leadership in OD, training, talent development, job analysis, job evaluations, and recruitment, with the ability to communicate organizational and talent development goals effectively across all levels.

🔹 Requirements

✅ 8–10 years’ experience in HR within factories or industrial sectors

✅ Strong background in OD, training, and talent development

✅ Job analysis and job evaluation expertise

✅ Recruitment management experience

✅ Fluent English and excellent PC skills

✅ Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong communicator
