 We're Hiring: Payroll & Personnel Lead at ofi

Are you passionate about precision, compliance, and creating a seamless employee experience?

ofi is looking for a dedicated Payroll & Personnel Lead to join our HR team in 6th of October and take ownership of payroll operations and personnel administration.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

- Lead and manage the full payroll cycle with accuracy and confidentiality.

- Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS system.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.

- Prepare payroll reports and support internal/external audits.

🔹 What You’ll Bring:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in payroll and personnel management.

- Strong command of payroll systems and HRIS tools.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- High integrity and ability to handle sensitive information.
