 Cairo Poultry Group is hiring a Total Rewards Section Head.

About the Job:

·     Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.

·     Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to stay ahead of market trends.

·     Develop and maintain salary structures and ensure pay equity across the organization.

·     Manage annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases and promotions.

·     Analyze total rewards data and generate insights to improve effectiveness.

·     Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor and tax regulations.

·     Oversee employee recognition and wellness initiatives to enhance engagement.

·  Support audits and financial reporting related to payroll, bonuses, and benefits.

· Update total rewards policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field

Minimum 7 years of experience.

Professional certification is a must.

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Cairo or Giza Residents.
